Refunds & Returns



Our client must have the responsibility of verifying the ingredients of the labeling that is in each of our products, making sure that it does not have any inconvenience or possible allergic reaction, in this case it would be the responsibility of the consumer. 

We appreciate that our client understands that it is a natural product, so the weight, color or smell may vary over time. There is a chance that the oils or smell could get stale, however the quality of the soap will still be good to use and may even improve in its quality.

However, if the customer is not convinced with the product, there is the possibility of a return. The product must be returned in its original condition and there must be a reasonable explanation. Please pay attention, in this case, the company is not responsible for the return shipping costs and the customers would have to pay this shipping cost by themselves. We will arrange to refund the cost of the original product within approximately 7 business days.
